I really do wonder how you put up with Fuji and it's APS-C sensor
My slowest lens on Fuji is 1.4

Yeah but that's f2.1 bokeh wise. How can you live with yourselfMy slowest lens on Fuji is 1.4
Part of me thinks it could be a recall.
Man my 85 is ridiculously sharp
Any stress tests of the AF of the FE Arts yet? Particularly low light where I've felt the MC-11 + Arts have struggled a bit.

1.8 actually.
1/2 of 1.4 =.7+1.4= 2.11.8 actually.
how big is it compared to the 24/70 GM if you have that? wanting to put it to scale - size is a factor for me
No sir 2.1 as per above calculation1.8 actually.
Life isn’t all about Bokeh!!!!
Now take a picture of it running in a cave and let us know how good or bad the AF is
dont you dareIll paint it black first lol
No focus issues? does it hunt in low light? how is the af in video mode and is it audible?Arrived this morning. Tested for about an hour there. This is the way I wanted this lens to be when I bought it for Canon and Nikon DSLR. Insanely accurate and sharp. Over the moon

Wrong cat for that - I think we need shots of this one playing in a snowstorm
i think its easier to find black paint than a snowstorm. Though with the UK weather you never know
The CAF isnt as fast as the FE 85 1.8 but that thing is super fast, the AF motor is audible up close, external mic will help, in comparison to the adapted versions its much quieter, it doesn't do that stepping grinding rattle thing in CAF, just nice and smooth sweeps.
And for low light does it focus well?
