Very nice Were these with the 28-70mm kit lens?
Looking at the photos yeah I believe so.....
Very nice Were these with the 28-70mm kit lens?
Think I did ask before??
What flash people using pls
Yup all with it. Very nice lens for it value and lightness
The combination of A7 plus 28-70mm is getting a teeny bit on the over large size for me and I'm not a great zoom user but it is a nice lens and for anyone who likes the 28-70mm range I think that that lens and a wide aperture prime could be all they'd need for 90%+
That's tiny..... this is large lol

You need an iPhone adapter then that small lens could be put to good useThat's tiny..... this is large lol

Most likely not, it's the memory buffer inside the a7xii that's the limiting factor. Also would having a faster memory card make writing and buffer quicker than standard ones?
Came out of nowhereNew Sony 50mm f2.8 macro anyone?

That 50mm macro is a surprise but I've often wondered what use a 50mm macro is on full frame... I'd imagine it's pretty useless for live subjects and 50mm on FF would even be a bit problematic for flower shots for me. You have to get too close, shadows may be a problem and all in all it can be a bit of a PITA. I think I'd be best used as a close focusing standard lens for everyday use with occasional close up use. I find 50mm a bit tight these days as a day out and holiday choice but the advantage of being able to snap close ups too could tip the balance if the f2.8 is liveable. I think it is, just and I'm sure this lens will find fans and buyers. I might even be tempted.
Anyone else tempted?
might do. got a few days until i can cancel i thinkSurely you gotta wait and see what Sony brings out?

Yea could be a long wait.If you're waiting for the much rumoured A9 didn't someone say somewhere that Sony may skip the next show and announce anything significant later?
Thinking of selling my A711 and getting the 6300 to go with my R2........... Good move or not?

For me this come down to if you prefer a full frame or apsc camera and the strengths and weakness of each.Thinking of selling my A711 and getting the 6300 to go with my R2........... Good move or not?
I've been told it's a misprice as I have just spoken to them to confirm.
Unfortunately Sony adopt very strict dealer margins limits and any dealers selling products below the set limits has to be authorised by Sony first.
Having said the above they have the FE 85mm f1.4 GM at a cheaper price too so perhaps they have somehow managed to reduce the prices, find it very strange seen as the prices have gone up and they are selling them cheaper than the original prices!

Get them bought folks! Lol
Prices now back to normal, as suspected a clerical error.
Sorry say it wasn't I know someone who got one [emoji3]
@Rizvan did you get the 85mm g master?
