This was one of the shots with my 350D that I rather liked, paired with a Sigma 150-500
I've recently upgraded to a 450D but used my 350D for over 4 years and still think it's an excellent camera.
Here is just 1 shot taken with the ordinary 18-55mm kit lens fitted with a +10 dioptre close up lens (bought on ebay):
straight out of the camera, taken with an old 28-70.
My wifes nephew, taken with 50mm 1.8.
Great set there! Thanks Mark! This one really stands out for me though, the footprints add a lot to the whole!!
Thanks for the contribution hsuffyan! I like this picture very much, with a bit of work it could be stunning!!
Down at the Severn Valley Railway last weekend with the 350 and canon 24-85
Thanks wontolla, glad you like it. That particular shot was actually HDR too.
Here's a few more I took today.

I own 2 x 350D's and use them for all of my underwater photography. These 2 were taken with the Tokina 10-17mm Fisheye.
and this one with the 10-22mm Canon
The big advantage of the 350D for underwater use is its size. Having said that I cant wait to get a housing for my MKII. Stew
Was also my first digital slr. I can't say I miss it, but it was a great intro for me into dslrs, a very capable camera.
This one was taken with the kit lens.
Shocking stuff here. 0.4ns exposure of ablated kitchen foil taken with 532nm green backlighter.
These cameras are pretty much EMP proof as well I'll tell you with good confidence.
I have a 350D, its a great camera my first DSLR, its does everything i want it to, and cant complain for the price, I bought myself a cheap flashgun (sunpak) off amazon, I just wish i had more time to use the 350D, I use my ixus 960 a lot aswell which i rate highly for a compact
this is a photo of a chaffinch at Keilder Forrest, it was hanging about me as i was taking photos of my 4x4, then while reviewing my pictures i noticed it on my door mirror, this was taken through glass using a 24-105 lens
not the best pic in the world but i like it , I was going to post it up earlier but didnt think it was good enough -Scott
The 350D is one of the best DSLRs ever made. It was far superior to its 300D predecessor (of which I was also an owner). The 350D just did everything without complaint. It was reliable, easy to use, handled well (apart from the small grip) and felt like a well sorted little camera. In some ways I prefer parts of it to my 5D2.
Here's a few from my 350D:
And just a few more:
when i started helping my wife out and "having a go" at weddingsd (she's the main tog) i was using a 350D, which i still use sometimes.
great lillte camera, which was let down by the avarage quality 18-55 kit lens.
pinched the wifes 18-85IS one day.
wow, the difference was aazing.
the kit lens is now a paperwheight.

18-85 IS again
The 350D is my one and only camera until I feel I've outgrown it and need a new one!
Here's a photo I took yesterday with it. I used the kit lens but have got a new lens for Christmas so shall be testing that out soon
Here's a few taken with mine, I have had it about 4 years now I love it, but I will be upgrading in the new year hopefully.
Chris.
350D is the only SLR i've owned... i've had it for 3 or 4 years. It's a cracking wee camera. Some of the images i have took with it:
I loved my 350D....Sadly I eventually got the upgrade bug and it had to find a new home....
Hi!
This is scientific gubbins WAAYYYYY above my head!! Are you saying that the 350d is proofed against Elecro Magnetic Pulses???
That the camera will survive one?
Yeah, it will survive a 1.4MA 250ns current pulse nearby. That gives a sizeable amount of EMP.
Don't worry its not trivial to make one of these.
sid
Thanks for elaborating!
I'm curious, could you explain what the image is all about in your original post?
