Haha fair point. I see Leica have a bunch of new stuff too. I'll take a look for you ;)

Yeah that's where I've got a few bits. Almost better than box new, considering they clean and check each one.

Yeah knees were why I had to move the bazooka on. I've just got back from holiday and kinda missed the length, but my knees are in bits at the moment. Give it a few days and they'll be back to just screwed lol

I've just had a bit of a tax rebate, so I might have a look at the 23mm pancake... or an X100VI!

If you use the code "LookUp" you can extend the 'free' 48hour hire from Fuji by a further 48hrs at no charge.

Just booked the XF200mm F2 + TC for the Oulton Park Gold Cup weekend in August - only got to stump up the £2,750 deposit now!!!!

Probably a very dangerous thing to do, as no doubt once I've used it, I won't be able to live without it :ROFLMAO:

I guess the sky is a bit marmite. No grad used, just contrast, and dehaze (`cause it was bloody hot 115f). I have lots of variant options to play with though ;)

Just came here to post this. I've got an X100VI being delivered on Tuesday until Friday... going to hold off on buying the 23mm pancake just yet :ROFLMAO:

I sometimes find the sky has this gradation naturally, even without the use of dehaze so it didn't strike me as being odd tbh. Lovely shots of a stunning place, I'd really like to go back one day.

Thanks, Toby. It was a very blue sky, but only had 15 minutes on the landing unfortunately, so not much time to go very far.
I have a bunch from the helicopter though and managed to avoid a lot of reflections. Photoshop has helped in removing most, which was good.

Hmmm, except I am only being offered £1k by MPB and WEX for a like new X-T5 and 16-50 :(

Loss of £900 in 3 months. Plus got to find another £600 for an X100VI.

Must be getting tight in my old age, but even man maths can’t make that maths add up. Skulks off to the corner :exit:

Which 16-50mm? They'll sell a like new X-T5 for around £1150

Id be tempted to just get the 23 pancake, and deal with all that extra thickness ;)

That seems outrageously low, surely you'd get at least £1k for the camera on its own if you were selling privately?

£725 for a like new X-T5 :eek: I knew they obviously marked them up but I didn’t think it would be a 50% mark up :eek:

If I had the funds available I’d have it for that price.

Try camera world and Harrison, sometimes they’ll give better offers.
