So there I was just photographing a few eggs, you know the way we do at Easter Time, when the warmth from the modeling lights must have caused one of them to hatch.:whistle::D:D. So I called it "The Great Escape".

D810, 105mm Micro Nikkor Lens, 1/250th @ F22, ISO-100, Studio Flash.

Brilliant ... well thought out ... funny :)
 
Seen similar a number of times, so the only comment I have is that there are too many 'days' marked in the egg shell. Chickens usually hatch after 21 days, not 40. :exit:
