When I was working & living in London, I had to have regular blood tests. The blood clinic opened at 07.00, so I could get there, get my blood done, and be on a train before 08.00, and get to work for 09.00, or I would commute on the FireBlade. Bloody OAP's getting there about 06.45, and treating it like a big get together. I had to get to work, they had all day!
Now I'm retired I wouldn't dream of getting my blood done before 09.00 at the earliest.
