I was lucky enough to go there before the security situation deteriorated. The old walled city is a fantastic historic architectural gem - the people warm and friendly (well the kids and men are - I wasn't permitted to see or speak to a woman).

Lovely set of images, I particularly like No1, which gives a good impression on the type of architecture in Sana. From what I've read it's a fascinating country, but it's horrendous what's happening there now......very sad.
