This way I can sit back and take long exposure stuff one after the other without fiddling about with timers and battery operated remote controls. Might get that for my S5600 and D40.

I'd say that looks more fiddley than dialing the camera to remote and using the ML-L3. It only has one button and costs £10 less:shrug:

Mmm, does look a bit fiddly come to think of it. I've got the remote control for my D40 so that would do the job.
However, it would save having to pick up my S5600 to set the timer every time (as there isn't any remote trigger available for the S5600, the camera itself actually takes very decent 15 seconds long nightime exposures).
