Afaik shutter shock was eliminated in Pany cameras at least, after the G7. I know for certain I've not experienced it once with the G80. But I did with my old Oly em5. With that camera you could physically 'feel' when it had 'shocked' - there was a strange shift when taking a photo, like you knew it was going to be off, even when you were completely confident and solid pressing the shutter
