The spook is not in the dark but in what one can grasp of see with difficulty!
In this case, I would recommend to have toned down a tad the yellow area,
leave the blue area as it is, and retrieve some details in the darker areas.
You should post the actual bbcode from flickr here Mark, you will get more views and possible comments. Many are not happy clicking through a link to view a picture.
Some explanation of the image, where taken and when etc is also useful and is more likely to encourage debate and critique
