I am very annoyed right now, on the 19th of Dec I ordered one print from them, the money has been taken out my account a while ago, I have contacted them TWICE this week...Almost a MONTH later, and they aren't replying to a single word I've sent them.

The event/occassion this print was needed for has now past and I was sat there left like a plank when I had nothing to produce promising 'it's in the post'.

I have to say I won't be using them again :( I'd really had high hopes of these guys but they've let me down. Not even the decency to reply to e-mails I've sent.
 
And....? Not every day since the 19th it hasn't, none of my other stuff I've ordered SINCE have had a problem arriving :thumbsdown:

Thing is, not one word of contact not even a 'sorry your order is being processed but due to the weather..... nope, not a word. Not even since I've been onto them about it!

Not a very happy bunny at all.
 
There is an office closed notice on their web site home page and contact page and there is also a phone number?
 
I use them a lot and have never had a problem,other than one slight comm.breakdown that was sorted between ourselves,nobody gets it right all the time,wether in business or not,we all make mistakes.
 
have you rang them and asked, emailed

have they just not responded at all since when?
 
This thread may be of interest. Seems communication has broken down before but LeeP has always been genuine about problems. Have you tried contacting him through TP?
 
Always heard good things about togsprint. Going to be interesting what Lee says.
 
I'm in a similar boat, placed an order on the 20th for a single print and it has yet to arrive. I left 2 voicemails and sent Lee a message on the forums, nothing back as yet. The order status changed from "processing" to "complete" on Saturday so it may be in the post.
 
Have just this afternoon recieved e-mail from Lee, the order has apparently, or indeed shoulda been posted by the next day-ish, but he is chasing up the order number for me.

Good news. I'll give them another buzz in the morning, hopefully the snow has melted somewhat and they can get in for a full day (I do know how bad its been, I'm not far away in Barnsley). So many people with good service from togsprint suggests we have just been unlucky, always going to be the odd glitch.
 
Some good news to report, apparently it was posted out yesterday so should arrive today.
 
I had a problem with my 1st order from them and will think twice before ordering again. Back in November I ordered a canvas, emailed twice and left a vm asking what was going on. I then made another call, spoke to someone who promised to call back, didnt! Then called again, and order was finally sorted.

I can cope with mistakes & problems, but not having the courtesy to reply to messages is one of my pet hates.
