Are we having a TP calender for next year? Will you be running a calender comp again?

This years is excellent and I've been very good and resisted turning the page until the 1st of each month. :)

Well we weren't going to do one this year, as we ended up with quite a few left over from last year. That was the plan anyway...
 
certainly not in the format from last year anyway. Its a lot of work to put together, marcel spent many hours on it last time round, a lot of people say they will take one, then let us down.
 
Well I kept my word, and purchased one and enjoyed it until I lost it in the house move :'(:'(

I would like one to see one for next year. I've even got a few photos I'd like to try and get in it this year (or is that next year?) :lol:

So go on do one for us members :thumbs:
 
Get people to put the cash up front first, then order the required amount?

then non spare etc etc :)
 
the time spent didnt warrent it. we are looking at other options so dont fret.

We've already looked at that, you wouldn't be able to use November and December's winners if the calender is to be printed and delivered in time for January

if it was me I would ask for submissions but NOT reveal what shots will be used, I bet many people never purchased after they knew their shot wasn't in it.

That was people will have to buy it to find out if their piccy made it.

Why dubious to say the least, surely its to get one coz you support TP and well its a calender :D
 
A calender doesn't necessary have to run Jan-Dec. Photobox for example ask which month you want to start with. Therefore I think using the winning images from the last 12/13mths of the POTY would be a good idea.

I didn't submit an entry last year and probably wouldn't this year. If it's decided to have a calender printed, please consider this as an order for 1 copy. :thumbs:

ok but I never use a calendar, I only offered this as an opinion as to why they might have been left with a few last year ;).

Any use in the idea of calendar being produced on a cd so therefore people could print out themselves as well as binding it (or whatever it's called!)

Cheaper to produce for tp admin!
 
well I bought 2 last year, one for work and one for home and was hoping for the same this year :)
 
I bought two, and would probably buy more for next year as quite a few people that have seen this years really like them, but its understandable that the mod bods are unwilling to do it again, or at least in the same format. Do what you think is best guys, happy to go with the flow. :thumbs:
