Travel Camera for £150 (CSC or Bridge)

Firstly I see a few similar threads to this but the budgets/spec are different, so I don't want to crash anyone's thread. Have tried reading through similar things in the archive but I'd imagine prices change.

Firstly, will be doing some travelling next year(once in a lifetime stuff) and don't want to be carrying around my DSLR and all its kit.

Would much prefer a CSC or Bridge camera that is able to accomodate all my needs.

Criteria:
- At least f2.8 available
- HD Video
- Manual Controls
- Shoot in RAW
- Any Brand

Budget is £150 (or could push to £200 if needed) not fussed about new so would quite happily go 2nd hand.

Any help advice would be much appreciated, I've no clue when it comes to CSC/Bridge.

If I had to choose one camera as the only one I could keep, it would probably be the X-20 or XF-1, probably the XF-1 due to its pocketabiity. Same guts under a different lens to the X-10 while the X-20 is the same skin/lens but slightly different guts! Picture quality between the 3 is all but indistinguishable. Love them all (but sold my X-10 to help fund the X-20!) If they have any left, Currys are knocking XF-1s out for £200 - a little over budget but there's always a fat man in a red suit who might chip in the extra?
 
Thanks for the reply Nod, I've had a quick look at all three. Are they all fixed lenses? I dont't suppose this is an issue, I'm just used to switching lenses/having the option.

Edit: I've done the daft thing of looking into used 5d mark 1's :bonk:

Have been having a good look around at whats available, after stumbling into the MPB Photography used section and comparing with DP Photographies reviews.

I have concluded that a Sony NEX3 or NEX5 may well suit my criteria - giving me manual controls/changeable lens/good manual video capabilities (able to take external mic).

A used NEX5 with kit lens goes for the £200 mark which seems reasonable - I've tried a friends Nex5-N and it was quite good - so I can only hope the NEX5 or 3 is up to the same standards.

Can anyone give me some more info?

I had a look at Fuji x-10's but the video doesn't get a good review.

Yup, all 3 of the baby Xs are fixed lenses with the XF-1 being 25-100mm and the X-?0s being 28-112mm (all focal lengths 35mm equivalent.) The XF is f/1.8 at the short end but slows down fairly rapidly as one zooms in and the X-?0s start at f/2 (IIRC) and are a little faster than the XF at the long end. Can't comment on the video capabilities - I bought them for their stills skills!

Thanks Nodfor your continued assistance, I think I will need to go look at an XF-1 again - see how it handles video. Shall report back once done.
