Just looking for an opinion here.

Should I go buy a cheap tripod (hama 75) or hold off and try and get a manfrotto?

I want to shoot some landscapes with my d5100 and have a tripod that is going to last me a while. but im not sure if a cheap one will do my needs or whether buying an expensive one is a better idea.

Opinions.

not sure tripod and cheap belong together buy once and buy right I would wait till you can afford the one you really want.

Look into the RedSnapper ones mate. I picked one up with a ball head, and it's great. So handy now with the QR plate too.

Mid-priced and very sturdy imo.

going to wait and probably get a red snaper one. Airshow coming up so it might be a monopod first

Good decision, you won't be disappointed!
