After a couple of hours of placing the order via the website, they gave me a quick phone call to confirm my delivery address and to say that the item would be dispatched the same day.
This was in addition to regular email updates too.
I had it in my hands at 8.30am the next morning... that's less than 24hrs from when I ordered it - never a bad thing!
