Upload from Flickr?

Have searched the forum and checked one tutorial but all I can get is the source code or a little red box?
I press the share button on flickr then grab the highlighted code (tried both html and bb option. Open up my thread and click the insert image button and the http box come up and i paste the code from flickr in that box.
When I preview or save the thread I only get the code or a red box!
I know it's bound to be ridiculously simple but can someone tell me where I am going wrong?

grab the BB code and just paste that in directly, no need to click on the insert image button Flickr has already added the code for it to show without pressing that
