Uploading files through a Wordpress site?

A friend of mine wants a simple Wordpress site, easy stuff in itself, but he wants to have something on there whereby people can upload files for him to view. So basically, a button which people press and it then allows them to browse their hard drive and select the file for them to upload.

Does anyone know how this is done?

I thought Contact Form 7 could be configured to do that too, but that's a guess at present

Does that actually allow the visitor to upload files though? I can't see that on there although I do shave a stinking hangover!

The best thing I've found so far is Gravity Forms.

I followed a link that said the plugin in my OP did allow uploads... unfortunately I can't access my WP admin from work, so can't test properly til tonight

Actually, it appears that Contact Form 7 may just do the trick, so I'll have a look at that.
