I had a problem with the centre column head mounting plate on my Vanguard tripod.
Contacted Vanguard UK who offered some possible ideas to cure the issue
Those had already been undertaken to no avail so they sent a replacement by 1st class post
Excellent customer service which would encourage me to buy their products again
