Not sure about your colour balance issue, but I ordered a couple of prints on Fuji velvet paper when it was reduced recently. It may suit some shots, but just woeful for landscapes.
I’d have a look at a direct UV print onto aluminium Dibond. It’s water resistant and should cope well with the damp and temperature changes you can get in a summer house.
