Video Call with Austrailia

Hi all, just some advice needed.

A friend is getting married in a month and if possible would like to setup a video camera/webcam so her friends in Oz can connect up and watch them get married, this needs to be a) cheap or free b) extremely easy to setup c) able to support at least 4/5 people connected to watch.

I looked at Skype but they only allow 1:1 video at the moment so is there any other way of getting a video stream or video conference setup?

If not then they will have to do without but it would be nice to do.

I used one once as a sort of security camera.
Actually I was keeping an eye on our kitten that had to be caged (long story) while I was at work.
