Hi Adam

Yes the I-Visor is a laptop bag, but it opens out into a mini tent and covers with some waterproof material that velcro fastens over the opening so you can pop your head in.

Same here, the non pro one is 54.99 but isn't waterproof? Pictures make it look like they don't have a shoulder strap either?

I've used one of these for years. Not totally waterproof but as near as you can get for a laptop bag and yes it comes with a shoulder strap.

I use a griff gear screen shade. If its raining, i put the laptop and shade into a bin liner.

No such thing when I bought mine. Only models available was the one I got and a slimline one.
