vista mouse cursor issue !!!

if i am on a website , the mouse cursor has turned into a grabbing hand icon which grabs but does nothing instead of a pointer , if i am on the desktop it reverts to a pointing arrow :shrug:

edit - which verson of IE is it and have you installed any addons like IE7Pro?

yes there is which i have just clicked on and the grabbing hand has gone , have a virtual prize , very much indeed

it sounds very much like IE7Pro "Drag and Drop" feature (IE7Pro works within IE8 also). i accidentally turned it on once and got that hand.

do you have a blue round icon down here:
