Wasp chewing wood and a tightrope walking greenfly!

Well I didn't know wasps ate wood, guess it's for their nest?


Wasp are meat eaters and wood chewers for
theis nest.

The wasp takes are great but my pick is #2!
 
Agreed, 2nd shot is the best, nice detail you have captured and good lighting.
The "Greenfly" is not a greenfly, maybe if you have a scout around the "shield bugs" pages you may find a name.

Cracking shots, pic 2 is spot on! I keep bees and so wasps aren`t particularly my friends. You need to look for some honey bee shots!
