There are several companies that will provide everything you need, for a flat fee, such as Clikpic, smugmug, zenfolio etc etc. You sign up, pay your money, choose the layout/style from their offerings, and upload your photos.

Or, with a little know-how, you can organise your own hosting and domain name, upload some free photoblog/gallery software, and make something unique. If you have a look at my website, I sorted out my own hosting ($25/year), domain name (£6/year) and use the free Pixelpost photoblog software.

You can search on google for web templates and download it for free. I found my site the same way, it took a while though. www.zattem.co.uk
it also help to know some of the html language to be able to edit the site in a way that you would like. i spent 4 months editing it myself and still not finished but so far so good!
good luck!

If I were you I'd go with my own site and host your shots there - advertising via YouTube and others. And these days, some really powerful and easy to learn software to create killer sites are available. I can't recommend Web Builder enough, personally. It's only 45 dollars (Canadian) and kicks the living [censored] out of Dreamweaver and other high end programs.
