Weird Lightroom Behaviour

Today I've created a couple of presets and despite unchecking the white balance box it changes the white balance when I apply it to an image, adding around +5 magenta tint and -50-100 Kelvin, yet it still shows as "as shot".

If I reset the white balance sliders back to the original settings (still shows as "as shot"), choose another preset and then go back to the one mentioned above then it doesn't change the white balance again.

Another weird this is that it's only changing my Sony files and leaves the white balance on my Fuji ones unaltered.

I've done a quick google and it says to open the preset xmp file in a text editor and look for commandes such as crs.whitebalance but there's nothing in the file relating to white balance.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it please?

A quick update, I've noticed that the new profiles I've created use the Adobe Standard Profile, however if I use the newer Adobe Standard V2 profile it doesn't change the white balance sliders.

Initially I thought the files looked the same whether using Adobe Standard with changes to the white balance slider, or Adobe Standard V2 with no changes to the slider, however there are some subtle differences in colours, not just down to white balance changes but colours themselves such as clouds in the sky. I actually prefer the look of the Adobe Standard over the V2.
