Sorry for the lame title but I couldn't think of anything catchy.
This is my Sister in Laws dog, Brodie. We had a little caravan break last weekend. Whilst there I took these photos.

These are impressive takes, Gary!
More the first two as the flash support is
in a lesser measure visible.

Love the expression of number 1.
I agree also with Kodiak in the less noticeable use of flash with all light nicely focused on the dog and minimal spill on the ground.
A good balance between flash and ambient

Never thought of it that way I just got down low to get the sky in but would have got down to her level anyway.
Great that it comes across that way.
