Like everyone I am quick to moan about photograghic shops when things go wrong. I buy most of my equipment from Wex Photographic. I sent two lenses back to them for part ex-change a canon 100-400mm mki and a 100mm mki macro. They offered me £520 and £160 respectfully and I was happy with their offer. I was surprised when I recieved a e-mail saying they had put £760 in credit. I telephoned them and they said both lenses were in near mint condition so up the offered to £580 and £180, I thanked them and immediately bought the Canon 100mm IS macro and the 50mm f1.4 USM, which arrived 20 minutes ago. Very pleased and happy with their services and my new lenses.
