Yes, you can attach any SB with 4, 6, or 8 braces.

Yes that fits onto an Elinchrom head.

It's worth remember that you don't usually need a specific brand speedring, if you've got a few already they're worth trying to re-use before buying a new one.

I've only got one speeding and it's for my speedlites so I need one for the Strobe I got yesterday.

It's a brand tax unfortunately.

If you can find the Creative Light versions they're usually exactly the same design but silver rather than black yet go for next to nothing. The hard part is finding them.
