I think they are Laparoscopes, used in the likes of keyhole surgery.
NB though there is also something called a rigid (as opposed to flexible ?) endoscope but added elements on most of the ones on your picture, I would say laparoscopes.
Technically, I think they're quite different. Endoscopy is usually performed without an incision in the patient while a laparoscopy goes through a cut.
