what are your favourite kitchen gadgets?

Not really a gadget in a way but I just love the induction hob we have.

As for a gadget I suppose it would have to be the hand blender.

Mine is easy, my Aeropress.

As a coffee lover/addict its easy and clean and I have no idea what I'd do with out it. Everyone who's seen it has ended up buying one, and its so portable I've taken it all over the place.
