What are your settings for exporting images for print from Photoshop?

Also, are there any other settings I need to change before exporting, for example colour mode? I've only just installed photoshop after years of using Lightroom on it's own!

Thank you :)

Are you printing at home or sending out?
Do you have settings within Lightroom that you have been using? If you have then possibly you could use 'Edit in Photoshop' within LR, when you save in PS the image will be catalogued in LR and you will be able to use the settings you have as usual.

Otherwise if saving from PS ... Save as JPG, highest quality, unless otherwise stated 300ppi and sRGB colour space.

Before anything to do with Photoshop, you begin with setting up your display correctly. Then really for lab or home print all you have to do is as Phil suggests above, unless you have printer profiles for the intended machine / medium and choose to soft-proof (a good idea, at least until you're happy with how things are running).

For press, you might want to save in cmyk.

I never use the export opotion, I just got into the habit of saving at the size and format I want etc.
