What Backup Software do you use?

Microsoft Synctoy is easy to use, reliable and free!

It is possible to use Task Scheduler to automate it too with the correct command line switch.

That's what I use, SyncToy runs automatically via Task Scheduler at 9pm every day.

Integeo, ( Lacie) for image files, Time Machine for everything else

None.

I'm fairly good in doing all the work on any photos within a few days of taking the shots.

The folder structure on the external drive mirrors the internal one so about once week I copy over any new folders.

Try Handy Backup, it's reliable software for Windows 7 backup. I have used several backup programs for years, and I recommend Handy Backup.
Hope it will work for you too.

TimeMachine on my MBP to do general HD back-ups, but all my image folders are copied over manually to my back-up image HD and then linked back to LR2

Acronis.

Have done for a long time.
