What can i do?

I have a 5Dmkii sitting here beside me, and all things in my sig, i want to use this camera more, most of my nights are stuck indoors, what can i shoot in my flat, obviously not knowing whats in my flat, what do people do to kill boredom when using the camera.

Funny you say that, i really need to get going on that one, i have all the gear for that including food colouring haha.

A lot of what you see on my flickr stream and my blog is what i do to pass the time when the missus does her night shift and I'm baby sitting. A bit of controllable light and some interesting 'stuff' makes for good photo opportunities

Light painting. Turn off the lights and light an object differently. Experiment with different light angles, modifiers etc.
