I'm not sure that you need any filter... What affect are you looking to achieve?
If you want to photograph BIF then I would say no filter is best, so as you can allow the maximum amount of light, thereby helping to allow fast shutter speeds.
Another filter to consider might be a polarising filter. This can intensify blue skies, but at a cost of 2 stops. If the bird is near water it might also help reduce unwanted reflections
If you do get a filter like a polarising filter makes sure its a top range one, not a cheap one, be a shame to put a cheap filter in front of that lens
