what is the iphone 3gs 3MP camera like compared to my nokia n95 carl zeiss 5MP?
 
i use my phone as a quick snap camera to take pics of family, friends, when out and about if i don't have my dslr. hmm, i've seen some samples on a friends phone before but didn't realise it was "terrible"

Well, the pics aren't 'terrible' but you wanted a comparison with your N95!
My Grandson has the iphone, and he loves it, camera n all! but when I put my N95 8gb pics next to his, you can see the difference!
 
It depends on what you want to do with them them? If they are just for viewing on screen the iPhone images aren't too bad, if you want to make big enlargements it isn't the camera to be using. Having said that Chase Jarvis has got a book of iPhone photos, mainly taken with the 2MP iPhone 3G.
