Yes
I swapped a work colleague a bottle of vodka for this camera, Canon 850 film camera, it doesn't have a battery. Is it worth anything?

Was you hoping for a upgrade to the 50D?

I'm saving for a 5D mkII and basically trying to flog anything lying about the house that will help me get the money quicker, obviously this won't be putting much towards the total! :'(

Thats an odd number camera.Never heard of it myself, but looking at the hotshoe with full control it must be modern.

It's still sitting in my spare room, not worth the hassle of sticking it on ebay!

If anyone wants it, donation to Maggie's Centres and cover p&p and it's a deal!

you should go and have a play with it!

Honestly, film cameras can be fun!

I nearly bought one in cash converters last week, only didn't because they're usually too heavy for me, lol

Thought you were going to say you didn't because they were asking too much, it amazes and amuses me the prices they ask for cameras in our local branch!!.

I bought it with the intention of having a play with it, I'd have to buy a battery and charger though and to be honest, I just don't have the time between family, day job, photography work and course work.

still though, keep ahold of it for a while. There'll be something that you'll need to play with a film camera for at some point, life's like that ;)

And if you put some film in it, you'll triple the value.
