What lens is better?

Right got to decide what lens to keep and what lens to sell so what one is better?

Sigma 70-300mm DG 4-5.6
Tamron 70-300mm Di 4-5.6

I imagine you are probably the only person here with both lenses at the same time...

the only problem is, i have someone interested in the camera and two lenses so need to decide tonight which one of them to keep

If you cant tell the difference i suggest doing

Eeny, meeny, miny, moe

right, may take u up on that... does it mean i keep that one or get rid of it though? i am persuaded towards the sigma as the mount it metal as the tamron mount is plastic.

If they both provide similar results, sell the one that will benefit you financially now.

I've had both and the sigma is better, not by much but noticeably in my opinion.

yeh just took a couple of shots of the same thing with the lenses and the sigma seems a lil sharper, plus the build quality seems better.
