After getting my D5000 last week i'm looking to get another lens to use beside my 18-55 kit lens
i've been thinking along the lines of a 55-200 or 70-300, i'll be taking pictures of various thing from motorsport to landscape and playing about with some macro shots aswell, would need to have the motor built into the lens and be able to auto focus with my camera
i'm not looking for anything special just something more of a starter as i'm still learning so it will take me a while to get the most out of any lens anyway, if i get on with it then i'll upgrade to a better lens further down the line
would happily buy second hand (prefered to keep the costs down as much as possible)
any suggestions to help me out ? the main ones i've spotted so far are the tamron lenses, i just need to dig deeper to find out what ones will fit autofocus with the D5000
