trance, vocal trance and MOS running trax - the best combo and all thats needed :)

When I was going, Slayer and Motorhead to drown out the rubbish they normally have on :D
 
Anything with a high bpm. Nas and Damien Marley's album was a favourite for a short hard cycle because I could go at the pace of the song and knacker myself in good time with some great songs.

The Doc told me I had to get into shape.
I said I am, it just so happens that I am shaped like a sack of spuds :shrug:
 
We just have the radio on in the gym at work. Absolute and XFM work best for me, can't stand Kiss FM ( I usually return Kiss FM on the preset :) ) or Capital. But then I'm using weights so it's just a background noise and it gives me a rough idea of the time. But if I had to choose a type of music it would be rock anything else is just an unnecessary noise.
 
Recently been playing Matt Schofields new album. Very easy to get my stomp on the X trainer when blasting my lug holes with quality blues.
 
Pendulum does the job for me, or a bit of Led Zeppelin :)
 
D&B, Old Skool rave (circa '90 - '94), trance, garage.... think that pretty much covers it :LOL:
