What other uses are there for the back button?

There's lots of talk about back button focussing, some like it some don't.

I use my back button to simplify the selection of my AF point, as opposed to the default little button and wheel arrangement.

It seems like there are a variety of uses for the back button, so what do the rest of you use the back button for? Any world beating shortcuts that the rest of might not know about?

I've tried the back button focus thing and whilst it was okay I find using the button for exposure lock to be more useful for my style of shooting.

I also like to switch eyes from time to time during a long sports shoot and found myself scratching my right cheek just below the eye when using my left eye to compose with.
