What Workflow Software??

Hi,

I have been trying out lightroom 3.0 for my workflow and just cant get used to it. My previous method was just copying the memory card contents onto the desktop and then individually going through them in photoshop CS3.

With lightroom the picture is always smaller meaning you have to zoom because of the side bars all the time.

What workflow do you use and why? I need recommending one but it has to be easyish to use. Im not stupid but not totally genius when it comes to learning new things.

P.S Im currently on pc but would move to mac if aperture was so good)

I use Lightroom, nothing comes close for me personally. Despite trying to learn to love Aperture, I always end up back at Lightroom.

you can lose the side bars... hit 'tab' on your keyboard

I use Aperture, I just prefer the way it works for me, but to be honest if you didn't like lightroom you may easily feel the same about Aperture. You looked into photo mechanic? Could be something for your needs?
