okay this isnt a question to help myself but a friend at work.

my friend is looking for a camera for £400 max, this camera will mainly be for use at WWE shows,he is a big fan and has got ring side tickets for there manchester show, and afterwards for family photos.

until now he had been using a point and shoot but was disapointed with the pictures from the last show and seeing as he got the best seats this time,he wants something better.
my self and another guy i work with are both into photography, but my friend that wants a camera has never used a slr before and the show is in 3 weeks time.
i said a bridge style might be best especialy for the money and ease of use
my friend suggested a cannon 400d with 18-55mm i said something like the fuji sr200exr may suit.
idealy he needs something that will keep up with the action, work in good and bad lighting(im not sure what these shows are like) and something that wont confuse the hell out of him.
i told him to just shoot auto even if he gets an slr.
with the cannon i personaly thought the 18-55 wouldnt have enough reach.

does anyone have any ideas on what would be best suited for this type of event,at a cheapish cost.
cheers
peter

Can he take a DSLR? alot of places don't allow pro cameras, iss this one? If he can't then a Fuji HS10 ( I should get commisions I mention is so much!) would work. Will do HD video, big zoom, live view with a flip out screen so he can hold the camera above his head and still see whats going on.

A refurb one from the Fujishop is £259, with a free bag.
