It's always a bit eye opening counting these things up. I was quite late to the DSLR party. I've had the following 'main cameras' in this order

D5000
D300
D700
D3
D600
D610
D810
D800

But that's just the start of it. I've very often had a cheaper second body at one time or another so I've also had:

D70
D70s
D3000
D3100
D5100
D200
D300s
D2X
D2XS
Fuji S5 (Does this count?)

All inside 8 years. I'm a bit less greedy these days. Just have a D800 at the moment.

The sort of progression Nikon marketing would like (well, to a point) over a 10 year+ period...

Fuji Spro count in my book
I have 8 but I'm guessing that's no surprise to people who know me here:LOL:

In 40 years of photography i've never owned a Nikon.

:(So I'm guessing you have missed a lot of innovation over the years that Nikon bought to the game ?
Saying that there is still something even more rewarding than tech gadgets my old Canon F1, Nikon F, OM1n, and Pentax MX and many more can still produce super images on film without all the wistles and pings.
What's more is the fact more and more people are putting legacy my lenses onto Digital so they can now shoot fully manual. :)

D800 that I used so little that I traded it in against a Fuji kit.
D750 (still have.)

My first DSLR was a D300. Still have that.
Bought my wife a D5100 a few years ago and used it a bit

Was always a Pentax and Bronica user previously

Over time I've had the following, but these have been punctuated by moves to Canon and Fuji. Now back with Nikon (D750) & don't want to go away again :D

D70 x2
D300s
Df
D750 x2

Over the years have had quite a few Nikon DSLR's, first ever camera was a Nikon EM but was only a kid and it wasn't used much.

Various compact cameras have no idea of the models can't remember
D40
D5000
D7000 x 5 Not all at the same time have bought, sold and re bought these quite a few times.
1 V1
D700 x 4 Again not all at the same time but did have 2 at one point.
D300
D800 x 3
DF
D3S
D4S
D810 x 3

Between me and my wife currently have 4 x D750's and 2 x D850's

Have stayed pretty loyal to Nikon with only a brief flirtation with Canon, Pentax and Sony but they where both used along with Nikon's and didn't last long. Also currently have a Fuji X100T. I must be Nikon's ideal mug customer. :)

I've not had a Nikon digital camera. I had a Nikon SLR for a loooong time, maybe in the region of 20 years or more.

I have three Nikon lenses I can use on my digital camera though :D

450d. Daughter was going to college and needed a camera so she had that and I bought a 6d. "Amazed at the amount of cameras people have had and own at any one time"

Fujifilm S2 Pro (Wanted one new, but at £2,000, just couldn't justify the cost, picked this one up for £50 last year, boxed as new)
Fujifilm S1 Pro (Again like the S2, these were £2,500 new, this one I paid £60 earlier in the year)
Nikon 1 V1 (Mainly for travelling)
Nikon 1 J1 (Spare body)

I've still got all the cameras listed above, every time I buy a new camera, I get asked the same question "Are you going to sell your old one".....

Was going to get a D70s, but they suddenly disappeared from the shelves, I think due to battery issues causing shortages in the supply chain. So went for Canon EOS 20D instead and have stayed with Canon. Had some Nikon F bodies at work and also had one of the very first Nikon DSLRs, which to be honest was a bit disappointing and very expensive.

Started with Nikon when I first got into photography as the D80 was hot off the shelf and being talked about everywhere.

D80
D300 (still have)
D700 (wish I still had)
1 V1 (still have)
D810 (still have)
Coolpix A (still have)
D70 (converted to infrared myself - still have)

I haven't owned any Nikon.

Have had Canon, Fuji, Panasonic and Sony, but for some reason never a Nikon.
