Where has my EXIF data gone?!

since I got my 50D the other day there has been no EXIF data recorded to the images.

Well, it shows up in raw CS4 PP.....but when I right click properties detail there is nothing there for any raw or jpeg. My 450d used to show everything.

any help.
 
No idea but its just a software problem - are you Saving For Web, that strips EXIF.
 
I haven't changed any settings in there.... Even in windows explorer as a thumbail the details were normally accross the bottom.

I am assuming it's either somthing on my camera or windows 7
 
The 50D uses a different format of RAW to the 450D.

Look on the web for Opanda Exif it's a free download that plugs itself into Iexplorer see if it's got your EXIF data but your just not reading it.
 
Where are you looking for the EXIF data?

In W7 I can right click a RAW image, click properties and go to the details tab. I can see the exif data there.
