2 is the obvious one, though you could lift shadows a little. Or blend the 3 for HDR.

The shadows were lifted, I'll have another look back at it to see how much more I can do.

I was photographing anything permanent that I can see from within my property to give me something to do when I can't go anywhere. Giving myself a kind of project for when I can't do anything else.
