Which tripod?

Would like a decent tripod to replace my Hama Star 63.

The Hama is fine for me - but I don't always treat it gently, and the head has very rapidly become loose.

My priorities are:
As cheap as possible. £80ish maximum, less is better.
Quick release.
Tough and sturdy.

Weight is not really an issue.

If it has a head that I can also use with my Gorillapod SLR Zoom, that would be good.

Suggestion?

i had a giant benbo...good all round octopus fight..with a gitzo ball head

now i have the old slik with the quick release pan and tilt platform

a bit plastic-y but does a good indoor job and has a spirit level built in for sloping floors
