Those of you that shoot full length images against a white muslin or paper backdrop, do you lay down any white board etc on the floor to stop it getting trashed or to get reflections?

Read one guy used a type of shiny white tile board that gave a small reflection. New to all this so just curious to see what folks did if anything....

The lastolite hilite has a Vinyl train accessory for the floor which you usually light independently and can tidy up any “ muddy” looking areas in PP.........
I’ve used it to cover the floor/ over the skirting board against a white wall/ background.....tbf you could just buy a piece of white vinyl...depends on the effect you are looking for really....
