I was doing some searches on Wikipedia and came across a couple of player profiles with images of mine. I know Wikipedia is a site which anyone can upload / update to, they say....
"The structure of the project allows anyone with an Internet connection to alter its content. Please be advised that nothing found here has necessarily been reviewed by people with the expertise required to provide you with complete, accurate or reliable information."
Where does this stand with using images without permission? Is Wiki liable or do their numerous disclaimers cover them? I presume they would just take it downtime offending image if anyone challenged the copyright but then this doesn't mean the next day someone will put another photo on.
