Wildlife Triptych

Hi all! I would really appreciate it if anyone is able to help me with a questions I have. Could this picture be classed as a 'Triptych'? Although there are three separate images on one canvas, it is difficult to make out the borders because of the dark backgrounds.

To me this is not a Triptych, the origins were in the three panel icons seen as alter pieces......in photography terms I see them as three theme inter-related images mounted & framed in a single frame. As such with clear definition space between each image.

The gap/separation allows each image be seen as individuals but the common framing emphasises the relationship.

Only my opinion so YMMV or others might interpret it differently???

Hi Box Brownie. Thank you Really appreciate your feedback. Will take that on board. I did try isolating each image with a white frame around each photo and then placing them on the same canvas, but it just didn't look as good.
