Win 10 Email Contacts

I've always used Mozilla Thunderbird for my default email program, thought I'd try the new Win10 mail program. Does anyone know if contacts from Tbird address book can be imported into Win10 contacts? I can't seem to see a option for it...unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Sync them via a cloud provider? I switch a desktop mail client easily as that stuff is in the cloud so it also syncs to other computers, smart phones, tablets etc.
